The subscription is auto-renewable and the payment is charged to your account once confirmed. Unless you unsubscribe 24 hours before the renewal date, the subscription will automatically renew. End of trial/introductory periods and subscription renewal:

• The payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation.
• The subscription will renew unless you cancel it 24 hours before the current period ends.
